ivf in the news. . .

coming to you from my new ergo keyboard and vertical mouse at the office….so far i am loving them.  the carpal tunnel is definitely worse at work.  i can even knit pain free at home over the weekends.  hopefully this new equipment in the office + the wrist brace at night will be all i need to keep this in check.

in the news news, there is a local radio personality that is baring her entire IVF experience in a series in our local paper.   she’s really laying it all out there, even publishing pictures of herself in the stirrups.  there have been two installments so far and i’m impressed.  the first installment can be found here and the second one came out last weekend.  have a read and let me know what you think.  if you’re so inclined, head on over to her contact page at the radio station and let *her* know what you think.  there are some small terminology issues that could be squabbled over, but as far as i can tell, it’s well written and honest.  having never endured ivf myself i will abstain from making any real definitive statements but from what i can tell, this is a good thing.

hey, just wanted to pop in to say hi. I’ve been a bad blogger. I’ve been reading, but not commenting much. Sorry to hear about the carpal tunnel, but I’m glad it’s not interfering with the really important things, like knitting. Maybe it’s your body’s way of telling that work doesn’t matter. Really cute baby booties do.

I’m glad to see IVF getting some non-sensational news while providing a personal touch. That’s really nice.
Sorry about the carpal tunnel. I’m all about sleeping with splints at night!

A belated welcome to the third trimester! I’m glad your CT is getting a little better. Not too much longer now before your little one arrives!
